Brrr-wrap up Monday

Hey friends. It’s been a great past few days here- lots of additions to the blog, plans for future events, and even a merchandise page! We like to call this post the BRR-WRAP UP just in case you missed anything… this is where you can catch up on all the dankness.

The Featured Artist page is now showcasing our boy Notixx, an amazing DJ & producer hailing from Jamestown, New York. His EP Seasons-Terminal is has been climbing the Dubstep charts on Beatport and is currently sitting in the #2 spot!! Notixx is killing it right now, no doubt about it. Head on over to our Featured Artist page where you can read more about this talented dude, listen to his EP and show your support with a purchase.

Next up, there are TONS of new dates added to the Upcoming Events page. You know about April 5th for Crooked Bass featuring Jeff Bujak, but head on over to the events page where you can find out everything coming up within the next few months… this summer is gonna be a sizzler for SURE! The heat’s gonna be a scorcher, and the bass will be even hotter. From NatasK crankin’ it up in Pittsburgh to sharing the stage with Bizzy Bone, getting on board for the downtown Erie block party this summer, and even Chaffee’s Gathering festival… man, this summer will be excellent. The Bass Crew has some serious treats in store!

HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

Yesss, we all finally made it. I don’t know about you guys but we’re happy as hell it’s the weekend! Especially since TOMORROW is our Victoria’s Secret special event @ the Millcreek Mall here in the 814… Catch us from 1 til 5PM in the store, playin tunes and live blogging! These events are always so much fun and have great deals so be sure to at least stop down and say hello to the 814 Bass Crew.. boominn…..

In other news, if you didn’t catch the post from NatasK’s lesson yesterday, check out the post called “meat and potatoes.” Pretty sweet ish!! We’re getting pretty stoked for the Victoria’s Secret GET LUCKY event going down this Saturday at the Millcreek Mall… Myself and NatasK will be in the store from 1 til 5, live blogging and providing tunes for your shopping pleasure!! This special event will have all kinds of in-store specials and promos, plus you’ll get to see all the new Spring fashions Victoria’s Secret has to offer. These events always turn out great so you don’t want to miss it… be sure to come see us and get your shop on!

The next CrookedBASS event will be taking place on the first Thursday at the start of April… a month from tomorrow. It might seem far but it’ll be here before you guys know it. NatasK, Matter and Ghost Alive will be there to feed your ears with bass, plus we’re bringing in special guest Jeff Bujak. If you don’t know about this guy, he’s  “a Northampton, MA based keyboardist/producer/composer who has fathered a new style of Intelligent Dance Music (IDM) that dives deep in the waters of complex live electronica.  Following no rules or boundaries with his songwriting, tied with his fathomless talent of live improvisation, Bujak is carving a new path in the music scene one live performance at a time.” You can read more and listen @ JeffBujak.com

NatasK will be hosting the next event a week from Saturday at the Victoria’s Secret here in Erie at the Millcreek Mall. This is a sweet private shopping event… we’ll be doing a live blog-cast and there will be tons of in-store promotions and specials. Not to mention NatasK will be providing the tunes for you to shop to! The past events for VS have turned out great, so we’re stoked to get in there again, especially since we got the blog up and running.

Here’s another upload, bassheads! NatasK opens the evening after a killer set from Ghost Alive, and introduces Quake. Listen to the beginning of his set… SICKK. The dude knows how to get down- this New York DJ really got the crowd going crazy! If you were there, you  know what I mean…
